My hatch has been off the road for 10yrs its time to bring her back..
Need some help with the front brakes, I've read every post on brakes back to front inside out
cant find the right info
What i've got
300mm VT discs 85mm offset
BA ford calipers
UPC hubs ( i know i know wish i read the UPC posts earlier)
HQ stub axles
LX steering arms ( I know about the bump steer )
Has anyone fitted this setup before ??

I've answered my own question on this one...
YES YOU CAN
After removing about 10-15mm off the top bump stop everything fits, turn the rubber bump on the lower arm a few degrees inward and re drill the dowel hole

Nothing wrong with UPC hubs ,, A9X steering arm should help with the bump steer. ( should be still available at Harrop Engineering ).
Is it possible to see photo of that set up,? curious about the fitment of BA calipers

Yeah the hubs are Killer, steering was perfect never had any issues with bump..
Still have to relieve the Top and front edge of the caliper same as UPC does

Bomber was pointing out that you do not have floating discs, your disc and rotor carrier are one piece.
A floating disc has a separate rotor carrier or hat. A floating disc is able to move independently of the rotor carrier once assembled.

My bad... i'll get the terminology rite eventually
Hub with a separate disc assembly "the round thing"
The first disc's i got had the wrong offset, followed by the BA calipers
Neil said they wouldn't fit,..Perfect more good news
Anyway the brakes worked out fine no drama... finished 
and....... it all fits
