I think we behave as we see fit at the time, there are many people that get around here and respond to certain things as we see fit at the time.

The general gist of things seems to be be that a lot of you either know each other in person or from having been here long enough to know each

from  the forums here and that a bit of "bullshit" slinging can be taken as whatever it means in good spirit,it is, at least for me to see where some of it comes from,

but just take it as a bit of "the bullshit round the barby" so to speak, and then at the end of it all if any agree with the whatever then good,if at the end of it

we choose to not agree with each other then ok,at least we don't need pull a knife at other to sort out something that may or may not suit our way of thinking.

Could just be me as usual but at least at the end of the barby we could at least just leave no bloodshed despite our differing points of view..

If I owned a BBQ I'd have the boys round.... and after they finish with the back yard and moving the cars they could have a beer :)

:) all good then,i don't own a barby ,but sounds good with a coldy or 2,knife's in the scabbard...no point giving up self defence :)

At least at the end of the day we can keep this "show on the road"...some of it is bumpy, but shit..at least if we can get along at our own pace and well...whatever.

It is as said many times before a good place to come for whatever reason and yes it can get glitchy at times but at least from where i come from it don't make that

much difference when we have a good run on this place most/if not all the time..I think i go and have an aussie/pommy pint, they are bigger that the US ones :) :)

At least can we take a lesson from the episode just past as a fine example of how to frok things up,,sorry to repeat it ,but that was bad.The boys in blue despite the

criticism do have to put emotion aside and cut the deadwood at times, that is their job,we get away with quite a bit around here.

Anyway, can't really say oneself has behaved all that well in the past and for all the bullshit i have said and in advance for rest, sorry if it offended anyone.

It can take a while to learn how things come across through a keyboard. I have only offended two people enough to have them mention it in a reply. I was a little drunk and very happy when I wrote it, and meant no malice whatsoever. I was devastated when I learnt how they felt about it. I find this forum a to be full of great blokes and I frequent it just to have a chat sometimes as I don't live near anyone else who is into the same things as I am.
So once again I apologise to Col and Potta, and I hope to continue catching up with everyone once in a while.
Love your signature too EunUCh.

You never offended me Laurie, I was attempting to be funny and it came out like I took offence.

I was more trying to take the p!ss out of the general media for making a mountain out of a mole hill as usual.

Forum is better off without the political and conspiracy theory threads IMO

All it does is cause dramas and I feel, scare prospective members (and old members) away from the forum....

Pull your head in Chris.

Off topic is not visible to non members. So wont scare away any prospective members.

I started the conspiracy theory thread MOSTLY because i was getting annoyed with that particular topic coming up randomly in other sections and posts on the forum. I have a slight interest in the subject as well which helped.

After i started the thread, wala, the random posts containing such content vanished, everything was in the thread as the people interested in said topic just went there.

Same thing happned with the political thread.

Now we all know i had an issue wih jaw, but hoestly if he had his own thread *ask the zen master any question and he will reply with a briefly googled response* or similar and ONLY posted in that thread than i would not have had a problem at all, as i would have just igored it...

From memory you made more posts in the conspiracy theory thread than i dd by a large margin?

Cheers.

Genes post sums up my point perfectly.

He would prefer such things spread across the forum instead f in one thread thats easilly ignored.

I get the idea that if you do not like a particular topic then you can ignore it.

I ignore the nrl thread, as i dont like that topic i ignore threads about date matching head stud bolts because those things bore me.

But im happy other people enjoy those things and im happy that the relevant discussion is all in one easilly flickable past spot as opposed to being spread right across the forum in every thread.
