You never offended me Laurie, I was attempting to be funny and it came out like I took offence.

I was more trying to take the p!ss out of the general media for making a mountain out of a mole hill as usual.

Which is exactly the problem I am talking about. You don't get a grasp of what emotion goes with the post when you read it from a computer screen.
It does make me feel better knowing you aren't pissed off at me though. Cheers.

Hey Gene..... I understand your dislike for the topic.. I too believe Laz  posted way too much stuff, especially one after the other...  I promise you, I couldn't be frocked reading that amount of information....  and for me, the only real interest I have,  is September 9/11... I don't really care if it is Isreal, Russia, or even New Zealand who are behind it...........   but If,  and I say if, USA, had let this happen in anyway, and it is ever proven,   well lets just say I think everyone will become interested in it....

so, just try and respect each others opinions, you don't have to agree with them.................

PS...... while where here......  Why is Lemon Juice artificially flavoured, and dishwashing liquid  made from real lemons????     :wtf: lol

I for one reckon the admin guys do a good job. I also don't mind having a good read of the occasional banter that goes on between some of the regulars here, it keeps the spirit alive!

But it's when you get know it all king dicks (not mentioning any names here but my JAW really hurts) posting uninformative rubbish taking a stab at other peoples comments and generally pissing forum members off... that we don't need here.

I came to the most informative forum to add to it, share & contribute, and leave all the BS for my workmates on Monday!

Cheers guys, good job admin.

Just thought it might be worth a mention for some of the newer members that saw this happen,it is not like that around here all the time, that was a extreme to say

the least.Stuff goes on as it does and when you read enough it may seem that it is a full on shit fight all the time, but it's not.

Sure there are disagreements but at the end of it,it seems to work out ok somewhere else or it gets brushed aside as a bygone.

Haha :) i think Ben.Frank. might have had a bit of a philosophers streak in him somewhere!

Forgot to say that "ol mate" was hinted at in various ways to settle down a bit but it took a couple to say what probably most were thinking anyway.

Then this thread was started and "ol mate" still didn't take heed after warnings but just chimed in with more bold claims...then the inevitable happened.

I enjoyed both threads, I never realized that there was so much info out there about different subjucts, both truth & made up.
But the constant dribble by grown men/women that was so much like a year 8 girls locker bay was pathetic & turned a lot of people away.

I think whats needed if it's possible to stop some of the unintended offence is a different font to signal when someone's being sarcastic. At least then it might make it a little easier to distinguish when someone is trying to be funny.

Some people just can't be put into the same room as one another, like cats & dogs, but that's life. Move on.
Ps, mods do a great job.
Just my 2c

Cheers, Nig.

Yeah it is like a huge library. I reckon the mods do a good job. I think people are honestly being a bit too sensitive about other people's posts and tones. Fair enough if some bogans get on here with the sole intention of trolling and bagging people, then kick them out. But I have seen when people simply misinterpret someone's tone before.
