it is patents that have expiry dates, they have different time frames for different catagories.
lots of countries don't have patent/copywrite laws, it is if you try to import the stuff you have trouble.
it would not be practical to copywrite this sort of info, assuming it was possible?
The issue is it depends on how much info is on the disc.
if it is like the usa sites, great, or even the a9x lists published are good.
niether has enough info to duplicate/match plates to chassis numbers etc.
you can quickly rule a car out as genuine with this info. and then look further at a cars that meets the preliminary checks.
like checking the details against the chassis number through holden in the case of an ss sl/r a9x lj etc
is it possible eric blair, and the USA sites chose not to publish all the info?
or did holden decide not supply the info to the dealers in case someone decided to make it available to the public?
