If they are not for an Nc car  the HM9C are a bitch.

There was a guy selling soem HM9 on one of the FB forums for $150 He had about 9 sets. I will see if I can find the link if you are still interested.

Bomber, I've got a spare set of HM9C's hanging on the wallof the shed, if you are desperate. I could sell you my set and when your set comes in just replace mine!

I'd sell them outright but the set on my car are getting a bit long in the tooth and will probably need replacing with in the next 12 months.

Yes defiantly would be interested mate would appreciate if you could find his post and message me his details. My car is being restored ATM, has nc log book so wouldn't mind having a go at racing it.
Thanks Adam

And just to be clear about the HM's Adz, the HM9's aren't the same as the HM9C's and don't have 1 5/8 primaries. You may already know this.

Gday, I am running the 2 piece comp. headers from pacemaker...

They seem good, the clearance is ok in an lc/lj.

Engine has been dynoed at 190hp at the tyres give or take, so not too bad.

However, I have not used the HM headers for any kind of comparison. There is every chance there could be no difference with them, or the could give me the 10 extra hp that I am searching for. Who knows...

If you are near the central coast NSW, my dad is now offering custom extractors based off hm9cs but clear of the floorpan, hi energy sumps etc.

Any size primaries etc.

Just finished two sets for customers.

Yeah mate, had a 10 week wait, got mine the other day, looks like they forgot to jig them as the gasket face is all #@$^%& up, found some left over mig wire in the collector, burntrhoughs and dags in the pipes, doesnt come close to fitting with a trimatic out of the box, aaaahhh fun fun.

Set of 2 piece PMs I bought, new but never bolted to an engine, I had to reshape number 1,4,5 and 6 pipes. 1 fouled on the alternator, 4,5  and 6 just didn't fit right at all. Seemed the flange was not clamped before welding. Also had to finish the welding on a new set of Cobys. Unfinished weld under number 6 at the flange.

I think so, there probably the best off the shelf pipes and to get them to work is a lot quicker than making a set.

Its 3pm now, I started at 10am, and pretty well have them finished, just need to make a bit to join onto my existing eshaust system, which is a given.

That time includes a fair bit of procastinating about how to tackle stuff, but yeah, took about 30 heat shrinks to get the flange acceptable, and had to cut the last collector off and reposition it, which wasnt as hard as I expected, and I dented one of the secondary's in a bit to clear the x member instead of cutting into the outrigger.

Cheers.
