Hi all
Now the Toranafest is just around the corner & i was wondering
who from Sydney metro is going up to Newcastle for this event???
As i was hopeing that we could get a convoy of cars to head up.

would join the convoy but yous wud probably take the freeway all the way, i head straight up throught north entrance, lakehaven onto the pacific highway. is a wicked drive, and if the cops go the other way and your speeding then they can never get ya. the road is divided by a sefety fence with gaps only like ever couple Ks. so u just burn off..... not that id do it...or have done it.... :tease:

Now theres an Idea..If you all to the pacific highway exit just after the twin servos at wyong you could go in thru Swansea and stop at the Orana Hotel at Blacksmiths..and make it the Torana Hotel..nice photo op.

Dunno what your on about but id be willing to wait along there somewhere for you guys (and girls) to come along beats drving up by urself. and photo ops are always a good thing. :spoton:

hi guys,well i am in budgewoi and will meet up on the pacific hwy,also have a friend leaving my place in his torry,we would leave around 8 i guess,bit later..so if theres a meeting place around the pacific hwy maybe the servo with the big prawn .....cheers

orangelj,,,,,no i dont work at the wreckers,mmmm,is there one here,i just moved up from western sydney,i was only 10 min from the creek then,lol,,,had the nick for years,way back from the cb days,,but also from some of my back yard resprays over the years,and other then toranas i was restoring old vw bugs,i could say i am one of them people that get that ,are yeh you one of them back yard boys hey mmmmmmmm..
