So
When I build mine what paint scheme should I use ?
I was planning on using the 308 that came out of the hatch with a freshen up and the Supra box and bellhousing kit I already have
9" coming thanks to another forum member..... I hope

This should be OK yes ?

You could go the Gricey paint scheem or maybe the Brock Gown Hindhaugh L34.

Second best I saw was Brabham 2SM one that got hit in the tail on the start line!! Go Datto!

OK..Sold the FZ1!!..$10k to start to get bits and car together REALLY quickly!..The missus is whipping me as we go along!! (Gotta love that woman that says get it built!!)..Wilwoods are first off the rank..rollas..get the diff done..start the engine..builder is saying 470 HP..got the cam..lots of bits to source...getting a woody here!! :rockon: :clap:

See those wheels on Harvey in the last pic? 10 x 15 all round are the go! I will get onto Owen for the Dunlop stickesr from that era..
James...have a full front end I bought to do out of the caR..WILL POST PICS WITH THE wILWOODS WHEN FINISHED..nos HAS A SET TOO!.. Shit! Caps lock!!

Those rims in the last pic on Harvey's car are available still through performance wheels in 15x10 to suit torana offset in hq pattern.....i think.

I have worked out that the challengers you are talking about are look exactly the same if you black out the spokes...you are spot on.

Yeah the challengers in 15/8 and 15/10 are only $1250 a set, maybe a bit less through Rorys mate....TUFFGONG what do you mean having a go at you?????

Did some researc h on diff ratois and found with the toploader anda 3.9 diff the combo is near perfect for what I am doing.

OK..Thanks to MRNOS I have the toploader...I already have the diff set up ready to be changed...all the engine bits are on the way..need a carb..manifold...going for LHOONs one..extractors..Wilwoods are on the way..HQ slotted discs are coming.full SLR5000 front end to sit on the bench and finalise then dump it under the car...fullspool is in the post..going 355c.i....forged pistons...HDT134 plates just paid for..slimline front and rear..so the driveline is done...now I need a bloody body with rollcage!! :huh:

Tony's dropped the frontend here Rory, my plates are now paid for and on the way! Got a new set of extractors today also, got my uc front end coming on monday, got all my dash, top and bottom dash pad white needle SLR gauges, its growing!!!

i reckon you guys are getting ripped off i was quoted $250 each in 15 X 8s or what ever i want in what ever stud pattern including torana
