Count the splines on the diff/axles b4 you buy them...all manuals had 28 spline I am lead to believe.

if there are 5 stud R31's around I would say they would only be the import turbo ones

Hi
Im looking at changing my diff to a b/w diff as well, would VR-VS brakes bolt onto skyline housing as i have 3 spare commodore diffs with discs sitting around? also looking at also using VR-VS lsd center into skyline housing and redrilling stud pattern to suit torana wheels.
My car will be using wheel flares and i hope to still use LH-LX handbrake and not UC one as i still want my hatch console to be used.
Does anbody in Newcastle or Sydney do this for a fair price as i dont want to freight to far, newcastle 270k away as it is

Big call Neil..not sure of the different setups..think the Coomonhore has internal handbrake shoes where the Nissan uses the actually disc pads on a cable as the handbrake.

THE LSD CENTRE WILL FIT IN THE SKYLINE DIFF THEY ARE BOTH B/W DIFFS YOU JUST NEED TO HAVE IT SHIMMED UP RIGHT
WHEN BUYING A SKYLINE DIFF MAKE SURE IT CAME OUT OF A SKYLINE (MANUAL AND AUTO ARE THE SAME) AND NOT A PINTARA THE DIFFS ARE BOTH THE SAME BUT A PINTARA HAS A 25 SPLINE AXLE WHERE AS A SKYLINE DIFF HAS A 28 NSPLINE DIFF AND WILL FIT THE COMMODORE CENTRE

Not a lot to show Grant but will work on it on the weekend..Basically a UC floor mount ..a hole...and bolt the cable strainers to the floor. I didnt have anything to go by and sorted it in 1/2 hour.
