Your trophies are safe with me being there as you have no category for Street Machines as such and thats ok. The stock factory Torana just dont do it for me :) Of course I have put my car in for judging though ;) Your judges need to have a selection to choose from.

Is there any chance that Bev will be gracing us with her presence again this year mate?

All trophies this year will be judged by the Sponsors so it will really be what takes their fancy on the day.

As for Bev, I don't think so, but we will try!!

From what I have seen, there are guys coming from VIC, ACT and QLD on the Friday night so no one is going to be alone, that's for sure!

I'll be there early Fri arvo in the Sandman so it's great to hear others will be there as well & security has been included. Well done Mick. Missus & I plan to leave Wodonga on the Thurs morning & travel to Woollongong where we'll spend the night at a caravan park on the beach then get up Fri morning & get into Newcastle around 1pm. I love the road trips - 1600 kms. Can't wait.
Be good to catch up again Allan & everone else plus Jeremy, don't forget the polisher LOL.

Keith, will probably be hitting Sydney around 11am so pm me when the date gets closer so we can exchange mobile no's.
Phil, will be in Woollongong thurs night because your from Sydney I think might be too big a drive for you to go south when your heading north a couple of days after that.

The orange torana will miss its first toranafest since rego this year, its in bits and pieces and will be until atleast the end of the year.

BUT!

fingers crossed we have the purple race car painted and the cage finished by then and I will be there in that (might tow it with the new ute if not regoed!)

If all else fails, Ill be there with Ray in his XU-1 and our usual central cost contingent (+2 this year with my uncles new torrys)

Qld people wanting to travel with us from the Gold Coast we are meeting at Shell Mudgeeraba on the highway at 6am Friday for a 6.30 departure so far we have at least 7 cars leaving at that time.

Hi Guys

just a bit of an update, Entries are coming in really well with a good number of first timers entering. So far we have 68 entires, and that is up from 56, this time last year!! Who knows what this years numbers will be??

In the Big vs Small race, the numbers are as follows;

Big Toranas attending: 40!!! :spoton:

Small Toranas Attending: 28... :cry:


Anyway guys, keep sending those entry forms in and we will see you in 57 days time..
